- DC31 : OS Windows Server 2019

2. Step by step : Install Hyper-V on DC31

- DC31 : Install Hyper-V

+ Server Manager - Manage - Add Roles and Feautures - Next - ... - Server Roles : Select 'Hyper-V'

- Add Features - Next - ... - Install - Close - Restart

+ Create Virtual Switch :

+ Server Manager - Tools - Hyper-V Manager - Click DC31 - Virtual Switch Manager..., Create :

+ External

+ Internal

+ Private

+ Create a new virtual machine running Windows Server 2019

bro in virtual box, it shows an error "Hyper-V cannot be installed: The processor does not support second level address translation (SLAT) in virtual box". Please make a video on how to do in vitual box with all the settings

Hi, what is the advantage of this vs installing ESXI with Server19 on it? I mean: Now you install Server 19, then Hyper-V and then VM's. If you start with ESXi and then VM's you save the resources from installing Server 19 first, no? --> I am noob at this, did evening class networkadmin and trying to figure it out when I buy my refurbished Dell server and play with it lol...
