I counted 26 seconds and 10 strokes and as everybody else said is only a drill, gliding at a very high level and I can assure that is really useful to start every training with this kind of drills to start "feeling" the water and understand that in the water, the more you move, the less you go forward as reducing the drag is the easiest way to advance with no fatigue. Only my very modest opinion. I started "studying" TI videos on the internet and they were really useful to me.

Classic TI uses just a 2-beat kick. But still a pleasure to watch.

@avisupchurch
I think it´s a good exercise for gliding, not suited for swimming a fast time.

Éste es un buen video porque se puede apreciar como se deben hacer las brazadas

9 strokes without breath is quite alot to hold... but yes your stroke and glide is quite awesome

First kick was a Dolphin kick, other was a fly kick... And most important, that's 10 not 9

Nice contact between the push and stretch phases here. You can maximise your momentum a little more by being more aggressive in getting your upper arm through the back half of the stroke and slowing with your elbows above your head. If you watch some Phelps’s or popovici training freestyle you’ll see this in action.

The thing about water is that when you are not actively propel you are slowing down. Because of that especially in freestyle it is important to develop an active glide. No dead spots, no overgliding, basically no phases where you just lie in the water in a streamline position. The glide of the entering hand directly leads into the catch.
AFAIK TI basically teaches that too, but it's more about conservation of energy. High speed just has a different focus. TI can definitely help with that, though

That takes me back to when I was doing them drills.

I think TI style is good to incorporate within your daily drills. But I wouldn't do all my swim with this style because hand entry is too close to the head and prevents faster catch.

Show off. When I swim I look like every infomercial guy who has a problem with a hose or too many pots and just flails around like an idiot 😛

isn't it 10 strokes? i can do that too :) realized that just recently

The hands enter very close to the head. Pushing them forward throughthe water to full extention of the arms seems sub optimal.
