Low bp young adults (due to inactivity, stressfuk thoughts and poor diet).

1. Mulethi tea
Buy liquorice in powdered form, boil it in water 10-15min. Cool slightly, filter and consume Daily

2. Tulsi leaves: chew 4-5 frest leaves or drink spoonful of tulsi extract first thing in morning daily

3. Increase foilate take:
Leafy green Vegetables- brocolis, spinach, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, peas
Citrus fruits: oranges, lemons
Fruits: banana, lemons

4. Increase salt intake:
Sea salt/himalayan pink salt
Add on cooking meals, sprinkle salts on salad. Not too much as it is dangerous, be mindful
- also have salty snack chips
- maybe take lemon juice with salt or little honey

5. Skip long hot showers. Do lukewarm short showers with stool for supporr

6. 8-10 glasses of water daily, slowly not hastily

7. Dont sit up stand up abruptly (more important than you think)

8. Spend time in nature (every morning).
Physical activity: Walking in nature
Do yoga, asanas, pranayama
(Half to one hour on a hobby)

9. Inactive Sluggish mind cause low BP. Mind must be engaged.
Learn something everyday, maybe podcast, read good literature, write what you learnt.

Follow all these simple actives.

Maintain active early morning routine to stay energized and avoid low bp.

Hi everyone I hope you find my comment in the best of your health. Just wanted to share that I was also suffering from very low bp episodes almost in my daily routine no matter whatever I had to avoid it.. I tried several energy drinks and vitamins medicines as well but nothing benefits me much.. Then someone recommended me to have suji ka gur wala halwa in breakfast.. I also add some almonds and dried coconut in it..And trust me it really helped me beyond my expectations .. After that my bp started remaining much more controlled than before.. So you can also try this.. I hope it benefits you as well ❤

■ Increase salt intake
Like sea salt or himalayan pink salt
■Drink more water (slowly)

I don't have too low bp. 105/84 . pulse 83.. after I take some water with pink salt, it goes to 124/83. pulse 76. I"m a senior who eats 2 meals/day. Breakfast and late lunch. Usually I have a large 2nd meal of wfpb. I may also have a deficiency of zinc.
