My Experience Buying Properties with Tax Liens
I’ve had success purchasing properties with tax liens earlier in my investing career. Admittedly, it’s not something I’ve done recently. I can recall having to be at the courthouse on the exact date with a specific payment type at the ready. If this is something you’re ready to get started doing, I’d recommend going to your local real estate meetup and talk to investors who are actively using this strategy.

How many people have just dropped out of the job market, plenty of shitty jobs available, , elder care, mental health workers, , grocery delivery and on and on, all repoting numbers are skewed and manipulated...

Agorism is the answer. The word government literally means mind control. The only acceptable form of government is self governance. Self-employment is what everyone should strive for. We need every capable person to become a creator/producer and get away from enslaving ourselves to someone else's life. Jobs should only be for people who have not become a complete human being yet.

The loss of full time job's and going to multiple part time work has been going on since 2007. It's been continuing to climb. Let's get real on how the government calculates inflation numbers. Take out luxury items and get down to basics, housing, insurance, basic transportation, food and utilities and don't forget child care. We're looking at well over 100% in the last 10 years.
