I had created account on usa seller center after that my account got deactivated now i want to reactivate it amazon has asked for utility bill and gas line bill as requirement i have only utility bill bank statement ID card but I do not have a credit card, I have a Visa debit card, is it possible to reactivated my account?

Aa a new seller, with almost two months in selling, i lost money and still struggling to get sales. i got brand registry, good Images, Bullet points, EBC, 3 reviews, 4.6 plus rating, but my main issue is the conversion rate. When ever i start the PPC my CTR rate get well over 2. But my main issue is the conversion rate. On average i need 20 click to get one sale of USD 40 while spending USD 80/ and that's the reason i have to stop the ppc . I have optimized the key words and gone to long tail and less volume key words . In short have done every thing, to my knowledge, but still struggling to get sales. Need HELP
