I've dated both, the billionaire was not a show off AT ALL, didn't like the attention on him. The millionaire's, there's a few, were all flashy, cars, clothes, just overall presence.
It was very different....
I also think it's individual based.
Have millionaire friends who are not flashy and chilled.
