Hello, there's the subtitle 0:20 needs to be changed to "However, he lived in Osaka, Japan" Maybe you were busy to see it :) Thank you for your inspiration always ☺

So basically the Japanese passengers are Karens in disguise 😂
They write to the manager, instead of talk to them

I lost it when she said "in case of Japanese passenger they just smile. And a week later a COMPLAINT LETTER is sent to the airline company.

Chinese: profit!
Japanese: clam!
South Korea: efficiency!
North Korea: what do you mean by "plane"?

It is so true about the complaint letter from the Japanese. I have been living in Japan for 5 years 7 months, so the Japanese do really smile and are nice to you but then file a complaint.

You got choked with tears when a Chinese passenger would low his or her tone asking for a first class seat :))

I was once witness to a mild car collision in a small Japanese town. Both drivers came out and began to furiously bow at each other. This thing continued for at least 10-15 seconds before they began to discuss the collision in such a serious manner that it looked like it was a research problem to them. It was difficult to understand if they at all accused each other for the incident or whether they were planning to screw the insurance company jointly.

My experience by hearing their voice:
Koreans: Most of their speech pattern ends up with long curve vowels: a〜, e〜, o〜...etc. "Sumida" comes up a lot.
Chinese: Lots of consonants in short sentences, ending up abruptly. Lots of non-verbal cues. They use the particle "le".
Japanese: Way more vowels that Koreans and Chinese. They use short interjections a lot (aizuchi), like "yes" "ahem" "really?". They use "desu" and "masu" in most formal speech patterns.

I can’t think of a more extreme difference that I noticed between Japanese, Korean and Chinese people than their mannerisms in everyday life. While there are some similarities, for me it is easy to tell that someone was raised in China versus Japan, and sometimes Korea as well.
