Reconnect your Garmin forerunner 45 245 645 945 to your phone

This is a quick way of reconnecting your watch back to your phone if you have lost the connection. It will work with the Garmin forerunner 45 645 945 or 245.

Garmin online documentation just says to unpair from your old phone and remove the device from Garmin Connect.
