I liked that they didn't make fun of Jeanette or Noah for not returning to the reboot, a la "Full House" and the Olsen Twins. Instead, they were very respectful of their decision, and briefly brought up the subject.

Episode 5 made me like milicent. well not like, but im willing to give her more of a chance. She was really my only worry for this revival but other than that i like it. Also, Sam and Spencer being the ones to actually have happy ending is actually really interesting considering carly and freddie were more..."put together".

I had a thought that maybe it will be a reveal later on how millicent doesn’t like Carly because she knows Freddie used to be obsessed with her, and either she’s jealous or, like she says in episode 5, she doesn’t want Freddie to fall in love with her again - especially since Carly kept rejecting him before. But then again I just remembered millicent was actually fine with him dancing with Carly in ep 5 so maybe not lol

I am definitely one of those people that thinks the reboots need to slow down. Like every single show does not need a reboot. HOWEVER, this one is probably the best out of any I’ve seen (with Fuller House being the worst). Spencer CARRIES this show on his back, it wouldn’t be as good without him I don’t think.

I do miss the dynamic of the old cast together. I think it was really special and their comedic timing played off of each other well, which is why it got so popular IMO.

This reboot does get cringe at times but for the most part it does well. I ditto the other comments saying this was how the Lizzie McGuire one was going to be which I’m still devastated got canceled.

But TL;DR if you want to watch any reboot this one is the best. They actually hardly show any of the iCarly web show in the series so far, but the story lines are enjoyable and it’s very fun and relatable for 20 somethings. ☺️
