Sometimes the worst beating is what you give yourself .

"Do not destroy yourself over a man that no longer exists." What a word. I've gone back in time so many times. I've beaten my old self up in my head to a bloody pulp for hurting the people I've loved and cared for. I've been so selfish and I struggle every day with forgiving myself.

When you forgive yourself, you give yourself permission to let go of the past and focus on the present and future. It’s powerful.

Mate, you’ve really touched a nerve, my best friend died in a work accident that I could and should have prevented. It left his two young daughters orphaned and his family and our friends devastated. It’s a hell of a burden to live with but twenty two years later and the help from a wonderful wife I’m trying to forgive myself for a small mistake that had tragic consequences. Thank you for the video.

When I was 13 I did something terrible beyond forgiveness, even worse when I may have ruined someone's life, I burn myself with cigarette buds till I feel something, I try to do good and use my wrong doings to help people where I can to atone for my wrong doings, I love you all whoever you are ❤

I’ve been destroying myself for the last 2 years and it’s gotten me no where. I can’t even be angry anymore because I’ve used it all up. I’m a stubborn person who can’t seem to let my past actions go. God help us all.

Im 17, almost 18, i know quite young right. But life has just been passing me by. I regret so so many missed opportunities and im at one of the lowest points mentally ive ever been. Being in nature helps me tremendously tho, really really helps me quite a bit. Wish you thr best guys, dont give up, 🙏 i know its hard quite hard on my end as well, but if we should at least try our best and try to accept what happened and what is happening. We can get through this 🙏🙏🤜🏼🤛🏼

I’ve tried to do right by those that i hurt but the done want it. All I can do is leave them be. It haunts me daily to not have their forgiveness and for them to not know just how sorry I am for the pain I caused them.

I just got prayer for this yesterday at church and woke up with peace. Now I'm seeing this video. I hadn't forgiven myself for how I treated someone for years. I was my biggest critic and finally I'm free 🙌🫶 we prayed for that guy too.

I really needed to hear this. I did some things over these past months that just wasn’t right. These last couple days I’ve realised what I’ve done is completely wrong and I’m guilt ridden about it. The thing is though, is that no one got hurt. From my knowledge no one even knows about it yet I still regret it.
