what I eat for breakfast for hormone balance ☀️ mostly eggs 🍳 lol but my other two faves have to be the berry choc smoothie & vanilla blueberry pancakes 🫐 blueberries are honestly just my love language 🫶🏾😌 regardless of what I eat tho, the bottom line for me is that breakfast *must have* at the very least 30g of protein - usually I'm having way more than that.

Eating a high protein breakfast has completely changed my hormones which has in turn changed my life, no joke! There are so many other high protein breakfasts I've seen online that I wanna try. I think I might get onto the cottage cheese trend next 😛 let me know if you have any other high protein breakfast suggestions!

Beans have same amount of protein as meat . Did you eat your beans when on veganism ?
