Creamy Squash Sauce
2 small yellow squash, chopped
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 tbsp ACV
1/3 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Blend all together!

Overnight Zucchini Chocolate Oats
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tablespoon ground flax
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
1 date, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon peanut (or almond) butter
1/2 cup grated zucchini (about 1/3 medium/
large zucchini)
1/2 cup almond milk
Add all ingredients to a mason jar. Fill with water
to cover all ingredients. Stir, cover, and set in
refrigerator for at least 5 hours or overnight.
