Community Legal Education is about informing British Citizens about their Legal Rights and Responsibilities.

Our explainer videos make law easy to understand by providing generic legal advice.

We believe that citizens should have access to and be fully informed of their rights.

Sadly, due to a lack of clarity, ambiguity and the complexity of the law, many people believe they are unfairly penalised as they are not aware of their legal rights in certain scenarios.

Community Legal Education is ran voluntarily by a team of solicitors to help provide clarity in the law using modern videos. You can help Community Legal Education become an invaluable resource to the community be helping to fund our videos.

Our desire is to create the largest video repository of legal rights information on the internet by covering a wide range of topics from road & traffic law to criminal and terrorism laws. But for this we need your support to help fund our videos which cost a lot of time and money to produce.

You can help by leaving us with a donation for as much as you can. Every penny counts!

Interesting video. If the police are called and you have had a fight with a mugger for example what are the dos and don’ts to say to the police to stop yourself getting arrested for assault et cetera. I think just claiming self defence wouldn’t be enough especially if the mugger denies any wrongdoing and says you attacked him. Would appreciate your thoughts.
