Mancala has more complexity that it first appears. Also there are dozens if not hundreds of variations. Playing with someone new is a negotiation specifying all of the rules to be used. I once had a hand made mancala board and semi-precious stones for the counters.

Mark, if you read this thanks for clear the dungeon; which inspired me to create a, i hope acceptable, card game that is James bond themed, since I don't think the one named after him is exactly themed other than maybe its as if you're fighting an opponent due to its fast pace.
So if youd like to use my 007 themed game for a video since i wouldn't have thought possible to create a card game on my own then yeah id love to show you how to play it somehow, I've tested it and modified it to be as much fun as possible while still fair with a bit of strategy and it ended up better than what i expected for someone so new to cards, its a 2player game maybe it could be played with 4 in teams of 2, it would be better to show you than writing how its played, and definitely would love to see and improved, altered etc version by someone more experienced, hopefully still keeping it as close to bond themed as possible, on mine ultimately it's up to keeping each players queen alive since you're on her majesty's secret service, the jack is now the james, and both players have double agents within their ranks👋👏
