I had that same setup on my 2019 F150. Give it some miles to burn in and it'll get a little louder. Perfection IMO. Didn't drone either.

Not bad, but not particularly good either. Especially considering the cost.

As predicted, you can barely even hear it, but it is deeper than stock and not much louder. Stock+ at best.

I had them on one of my cars, and it was the same thing. They could almost be sold as a stock replacement except that they drone a lot for how quiet they are.

If you're in the NY metro area I have a pair of those 40085s that I'd gladly give you.... 😂 I would have loved to have heard some Black Venom 250s or Carven TRs on that F-series instead....

1:45 the Coyote F150 has a cold air intake from the factory. Are you saying this truck has an aftermarket CAI, or are you just talking about stock?

I think if he got a tune and ran, e85/93, intake manifold and cai, and maybe cams or headers it would sound even better. Nice exhaust but it sounds like a bone stock factory 5.0, they do well with mods and a tune . Great stock too but the noise just isn't coming through. I think just making it louder with no resonators is gonna bring out the ugly sounds to the coyote the fart sounds.
