Показать описание
This week, we go through a light shoulder mobility routine. As we age and get older, one of the first things to go is our mobility. Stiffness, caused by lack of movement, can lead to reduced range of motion over time.

This routine counters that by moving the shoulders through their full range of motion in several directions.

The names for the postures are:

1. Wei Tou Presents the Pestle
2. Drawing the Bow to Shoot the Buzzard
3. Swinging Arms (Lumbering Bear)
4. Uniting the Original Qi
5. Uphold the Heavens
6. Arm Rotations Forward and Backward

We finish with Zhan Zhuang or “posting”.

Remember to stay relaxed with a soft, supple springy energy in the body.
