I wish all schools had a instructor like your self. I consider myself well seasoned, but the green guys coming out of school have no basic fundamentals of electrical.

I went thru an apprentice program back in the early 90's. I was trained properly in diagnostic approach. Went to work at a new dealership about halfway thru my training. Tech's there thought they would show me what's up by giving me a problem that had been passed around the shop. Brand new car, rear window inop. They had replaced the lift motor, switch, and master door switch. Still inop. There was a connector for door harness, power wire was pinned out incorrectly. I fixed it in 15 mins with no parts.

Easy & good money, if U have a complete wire diagram I bet U can find the culprit connector or wire under the battery tray

my only engine/auto class back around 1980 and test lights were considered big back then.

This is the same exact problem my Acura has I believe. It died on the road and would only crank. As well as the relay clicking like crazy. Fuel pump has power but isn’t priming . Could it be something like this that’s causing my issue ?

Did it go to auction for that or was it Sabotage I would get cars from auction with cut wires unplugged sensors was always a headache especially the cut wires
