Thank you Bleu!💙 I love how you are adaptable and flexible without sacrificing yourself being assertive with boundaries in medical coding. Cross training is the best way whenever given the chance. And having to keep it real with everyone and on the same page with your relationship with your providers is so vital Bleu! I love how well you are straightforward and no sugarcoating when someone other than yourself has a conference and your providers knows that you are “their” main go to medical coder within earned trust, accountability and respect. It’s why you are their go to person.
