I’m working in a healthcare insurance company and some reason why the claims are being denied is due to the cpt that are experimental or investigational in nature and we asked them to resubmit claim and use different codes, member or provider will ask what the ride code and we always refer them to thier coding department, so you’re the one helping the providers get the right codes❤.

Love the vid!!❤ Do you have a video on managing your "time" during an exam for the AAPC? I took my exam last Saturday in NC and i didn't bring a watch or electronic watch bc i "thought" it wasn't allowed plus there were no clocks hung in the dining hall of the church we had the exam in..but i ended up rushing the last 2 hours of my exam and scored a 60%🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
