My hubby has severe heart disease. His Triglycerides were 598 6 months ago while on heart meds and a low fat diet. We switched to a low sugar, no dairy, clean diet, no processed foods. In 3 months it came down from 598 to 354. In 3 more months it's at 174. We eat a lot of vegan meals and walk every night. He's not overweight, he weighs 165lbs. If we use sugar, we use raw honey or Stevia. If we eat meat, it's organic grass fed. We don't use veg oils or eat anything that has them in it, and most things do. He feels much better now. Diet is super important. Wish I'd figured that out long ago!

Hi, have you thought about this kind of diet plan called the Okibetonic Secrets? My cousin says it helps people lost plenty of weight. Is that possible? I also heard numerous excellent review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?
