I think what would help me the most is to find some kind of recipe or cookbook that's all about heart healthy meals that way I can always have a meal plan

Right on time! I will get my heart health/blood pressure under control!

UPDATE: my blood pressure has significantly improved. I’ve been eating a low sodium and low sugar diet, exercising, but the biggest thing is reducing STRESS. My average reading in the morning is 115/80 in the evenings 125-130/82-93* so I’m trying get my evening reading stable because sometimes my bottom number reads higher. You all can do it!

I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and I find when exceed just one cup of coffee ☕ my blood pressure goes thru the roof and I get short of breath and dizzy 😵. I would suggest people with high blood pressure to eliminate caffeine from their diet!!

My Mom is in the hospital right now with heart failure. The way they talk it is not a serious as it could be, but we plan on eating better to help her out.

Thank you so much for this information. I just switched from a plant based diet with all kinds of processed vegan junk food to a whole food plant based salt, oil, and sugar free lifestyle. It's been a couple of days and still finding the random urge to go buy vegan processed items. I'm doing this very strict for health reasons. Not sure what they put in proceed foods but it seems to very addictive, at least for me. Thanks again
