Hello i have a manhattan sx freesat box need to factory reset but have no pin number

The box doesn’t play 4k or UHD content from Netflix, iPlayer or any other apps. Just plays SD. No 4k channels either. Anyone know the resolution to this, or have I been conned?

Just used sky perfectly but this box does find any signal, no idea why!

Can anyone tell me, why does my freesat box keeps initialising on start up even when it's in standby mode and not switched off at the mains?

I have now entered my wifi password 6 times on the Freesat 4K box and it did not work. Entered the same password once on new Philips TV and worked immediately. I am ready to throw the box out of the window.
