I âm a breast cancer warrior, and I’d noticed there’s no forbidden foods,
maybe, because I already have a cancer, and maybe I need to eat to have a fight,
for strong drugs that is going to get inside to kill that cancer…even if I asked my doctor,
what should I eat or not, she just said, just eat your regular meal, and
Since she saw I’m gaining weights, she told me to have a diet and not to gain more weights.

PS: and she never and prescribe me anything like for example for muscle pain, and she knows, i have records from another doctor who’s treating me with osteoarthritis, so whenever I asked her, about pain reliever, constipation and insomnia, She’s pointing me to ask those in my previous Doctor,
She only can prescribed me about my Breast Cancer.

One of the very few reliable information. Thank you for this. I used to have soy frequently in the forms of tofu and tempeh. Now I planning to gradually incorporating them back in my daily diet. I had stage 2A ER+ breast cancer. Almost four years in tamoxifen now.
