For me, first one and last one are huge. Timelines I was setting up for myself were hurting me immensely. When I dropped them all, a lot of pressure disappear and my trading became better.
About the last one, in two and a half years, first time I lost faith in it, was recently after going to -9% on second phase of FTMO. One day, I realized that I don't have faith in it any more, and that makes it impossible, so I wrote on my window "You need to believe", to remember that this is crucial.
We need to be self-aware as traders and aspiring ones, to be able to notice changes in our mindset and mood.
And about mental health and sleep, I started my first challenge when I was in good mental state, in two months I passed first phase with 28 trades and very good equity curve, no drawdown. Then, I experienced something big in my live and was depressed during second phase, it resulted in -9%. Trading performance is strictly related with your mental well bing, now I see it clearly.

Exactly i was started trading a year back i was profitable from the beginning that system gives monthly 3-5%. Then i looked up on internet people making that much on single session/day.. I was really pissoff and started learning new concept that makes 5 % per day and i lost…after all these years i came to know sometimes simple things do wonders in trading now i stick to old strategy and refined now i see consistency .. In trading consistency is better than one day miracles….

Hello, please I have an important question to ask, what timeframe holds significance in terms of BOS?, cause some time you might see your setup with a nice BOS with a full body close on the H4 timeframe, but the D1 will just show a wick break, do you still consider the setup valid?, your response will be very much appreciated 🙏
