Cherry-Pineapple Dump Cake | How to Make Dump Cake

1 box of yellow cake mix (I used Betty Crocker)
20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
21 oz can of cherry pie filling
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 cup of unsalted butter, sliced (it’s easier to slice your butter when it’s very cold)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pineapple in a cast iron skillet or 13 x 9 pan. Evenly spread cherry pie filling on top of pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit. Add your pecans on top of cake mix. Place butter pats evenly all over the top. Bake for 1 hour. Tastes best warm. Enjoy!

Looks delicious Andrea . We had a similar dump cake growing up but just pineapple and not the cherries . My grandmother would put cool whip on top and coconut flakes . The best part about dump cakes is they are so easy!!! Left you a like my friend
