I currently had my credit card on COVID aid relief
, pretty much Just gives me an extension on the date I have to pay my credit card bill. due to my COVID I lost my job. So basically now it’s showing that I’m 39 day late on my payment. What if the medical collection was from a lawyer and not a collection agency? Is it still considered a HIPAA violation, considering it wasn't "sold" but they are reporting it as a medical bill collection?

Hello sir I'm Larry I have a credit score of 670 I just need to get a Verizon paid collection of my credit and 2 Capitol One late payments off. That's it I will gladly pay a repair company because Verizon is impossible to reach and so is capitol one. Any advice.

Shawn Malkou....how do I raise my credit report up? I have no debt, pad cash for my cars and houses, and have income below the filing requirements. My bills are extremely low. Life is good! I want to raise my score of 550 up to 800. I have nothing on my report because I have not used any credit in two decades. I'm thinking of litigation against the banks for giving me a bad rating without information to rate me with! I'm also pushing a bill through congress to make credit reporting companies to report people who do not use credit and have no history to have not less than a score of 750. I have no credit cards as of yet but will get a couple.
