The Kettlebell Single Leg Single Arm Romanian Deadlift is a deadlift in which you stand straight up and down with a kettlebell in one hand. Then hinge at the hips and lower the kettlebell to the ground raising the leg on the same side of the kettlebell. Once the kettlebell touches the ground squeeze your glute and extend back to the top. Keep your core tight throughout the motion.
