If the prison doctor bothered to watch the show he'd know that House is always right.

House takes the hippocratic oath literally.
Doesn't care if he might never see the sun again, if it means he can save one person.

It's so funny that the guards that were meant to get House out of there actually stopped to see if he would have the allergy attack

You know she is a keeper when she trusted house and risk everything she worked hard for.

ITS so unrealistic. This would indecate that prison doctors actually cared for their patients

It's interesting to me that every doctor in charge knows who House is, and his abilities, but still ignores and refuses his theory just because they're technically a doctor too...

Even house was shocked when he heard her exclaim "cool" seeing the bloodied man.

She might be unhireable anywhere but i'm sure if house went back to medicine, he'd hire her.

Two facts not mentioned in this clip: Mast cells control hundreds of mediators like Histamine, Heparin, Tryptase, Prostaglandins, Norepinephrine etc. 1. The excessive bleeding from the earlobe shows that the mast cells released an inappropriate amount of heparin which is one of the mediators that mast cells can release. 2. The high dose aspirin can cause a reduction in prostaglandins (PgE2) which is a mast cell mediator, but it can increase Tryptase which is another mediator released by mast cells. Which means that in some cases, if someone has a major issue with PgE2, Asprin can sometimes be used a stabilizer for mast cells when used in low doses. In this case, the high dose of Asprin was able to cause an increase in Tryptase and trigger an attack. It is true, it can be challenging to diagnose mast cell disorders by blood work and urine tests alone. The testing is tricky and very sensitive to failure if they are not handled correctly. Often times a biopsy of bone marrow or other tissues are need need to confirm or assist in the diagnosis of mast cell disorders.

House goes beyond the right and wrong of the ethics dichotomy. He does what he must, not what he "should" in order to save lives. That means taking risks that others aren't willing to take due to their false sense of obligation to the supposed virtue of others rather than saving someone's life. They value the rules more than life or the solution to the puzzle, not because it's right but because it's what they were taught. House acts because solving the puzzle is more valuable than following the protocols and rules of the medical 'authority.'
