i’m so glad i’m searching these videos after the surgery lol

no but seriously, please don’t listen to both the bad and the good experiences, it’s very individual. still, i have to do a little counter-act for the bad ones - i went yesterday and i couldn’t be happier! the surgery takes 10 seconds per eye, so trust me, you can do that if you want to. uppon arrival i was given a pill that calmed me down for the surgery and a lot of anesthezia drops in my eyes, i couldn’t even feel the last ones in my eye. the workers were nice, gave me a blanket and a plush dog that i could squeeze as much as i wanted to. it was all quick and i had just mild discomfort from the thing that kept my eye open (tho if you’re used to contact lenses you know what it’s like to have something in your eve and you’re good). afterwards i could see with just a mild blur - so i saw better into the distance and worse up close lol. however, that keeps slowly improving and is almost good not even 24 hours after. i experienced like two hours of discomfort (think if you scratched the inner corner of your eye first and then like having very tired eyes that just burn a little), but i also didn’t give my eyes rest or sleep but went to get food and shop with my parents lol. since then, i literally don’t feel any discomfort at all (will update if something comes up tho)
