The settings:
5k, 24fps, linear, hypersmooth off, bit rate high, shutter speed 1/48, white balance 5000k, iso min 100 max 100 ( max 200/400 if bad light), sharpness low, color gopro, raw audio off (because of external mic), wind auto.

for white balance you metioned your light is "5k Kelvin" how did you find this number? what If i dont have the information on my lights since Im an Automotive creator shooting in a shotty garagge with no proper lighting set up?

Skin tones on the light mode way off. I’ve experienced the same thing and found for indoor use the Hero 5 is better than them all. I only use my 7 outside in very bright light

Nice review. Personally I think GoPro 9 looks great especially dark mode and gets you proper YouTube studio quality. Many people don’t realize lighting is incredibly important. I’ve seen too many people spend over $4k for Sony A7 camera or similar and lenses only to skimp on lights and not get the video quality they were hoping for.
