Just a Tip for changing Lens: Pull lenses out a little and then twist counter clockwise. If this doesn't work, try wedging a thin card GENTLY (like a library or gift card) in between. To put back on, align the two metal bars, turn slightly counter clockwise and push down a little then twist clockwise until it's back in position!
Hopefully this saves you from having sore fingers!

Use 2 fingers with just enough nail length pointing downward in the groove with thumb pad just underneath and pull straight down slowly until lid gently pulls out.
