Barbell cycling is one of my favorite things to do in CrossFit workouts!

It requires you to move the barbell efficiently so that you can save energy and hang on for big sets.

There is always more than one way to do anything. Here are three different ways to cycle the hang power snatch for a met-con.

I was looking for barbell cycling tips and I do exactly what you say here but with heavy cleans, it helps a lot avoiding bruises 😅
