I have all of this as well and from how you setup the ps5 at least how I did. It makes the optical cable obsolete. I think. I’ll have to double check and test some things. I say that since you cannot separate game/party chat from game audio. At least I couldn’t with my settings/configs

So I have a game capture card and Im a little confused about where the hdmi cable from the ps5 goes since I have to plug it in for the optical cable. Any ideas how the wiring supposed to be for both the game capture card and the audio extractor convertor?

great video but would you really need the line in if you have optical cable pulling audio into the go xlr already? why not just use line out for mic
