With every breath, the old moment is lost; a new moment arrives. manifestation.guide We exhale and we let go of the old moment. It is lost to us. In doing so, we let go of the person we used to be. We inhale and breathe in the moment that is becoming. In doing so, we welcome the person we are becoming. We repeat the process. This is meditation. This is renewal. This is life.

This was the first time I got real 'high' on meditation, felt like I was floating first, then like I would sink deeper and deeper into myself, absolute awesome feeling 😍

Going through a tough time. 32 with Bipolar Disorder, Depression GAD, Panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, trying to break off nasty habits too. Literally trying to change my self. Don't have no women in my life I can rely on and call her my partner or a lover either. Coming from a guy who's always been single. :( Hope these videos will help me get me out of these rough times with no support at all. It sucks. Trust me. :(

Been feeling pretty lost within myself. Like I don't know how to authentically communicate with others or myself. When I look in the mirror I don't like the person I've become and feel like somewhere along the way I've lost an important piece of myself. Looking forward to listening to this tonight, hoping to find that piece of me again. 💕

When I was on the beach of the small island I saw a figure coming twords me. It was me. My self came up to me and said to me that my mental problems weren't my fault and that I wasn't to blame. I felt so good after that. This sort of thing has never happened to me doing something like this before. Thank you!

In my experience i was on the beach, i was naked and everything around me was so pure. When i went on the boat there was flashes of memory and all negative energy was leaving me as i went to another island. On my way returning i was changing. My hair grew longer. I grew taller. My body became different. As i arrived i knew i was myself but in a best verision of myself. I layed on the sand and felt at peace with the water

I am a regular listener to your meditations. This one is particularly relevant to my life at the moment and I found it very timely and helpful. Years ago someone told me some people in your life are radiators with their warmth and positivity while others have the opposite affect and are drains. As the most negative draining person in my life is someone I am a carer for, dropping them isn't an option so I settle for trying not to take on their negativity. (Doesn't always work so I needed to hear this today in particular!) Thankyou.

I would love more of your self introspective videos! So much of how we experience life starts from the depths of our souls. These types of videos teach me self awareness and what vibes I put out there. I always want to learn and improve. The only one I can control is myself and the way I interpret my surroundings. This will be my third night of this meditation. So I am going deep because all I remember each meditation is arriving to the island. Then, the next thing I hear is it’s time to head back to shore. Next thing I know I am back alert. I have no clue what happens between those two points. I know the more I do this meditation positive changes will happen and I also may recall the “in between”...
