I have been losing my vision for many many years and it is legally blind at this point I love your show but my balance is increasingly getting worse do you think my vision has a lot to do with my balance I’ve just watched your video and it seems like it could be a big part I’m thankful for your program.

Nope I am a 34 year old subscribed to your channel and I am watching this video because I have cerebellum ataxia caused by n AVM stroke and my medical condition affects my balance and I have been working with physical therapists for years😊you guys are great for sharing ☺️Thank you

Thank you so much for your videos. At 74, I recently fell and broke my right clavicle at the shoulder. Your exercises got my function back sooner. Great new video! Will be trying these too.

Used to be able to put my foot through each leg of underwear and/or trousers standing up! Not anymore, but I'm working on it.

I've been doing these exercises at PT for the last two weeks. I thought my balance was terrible (age 62) but after watching you guys I feel a little better. My therapist has me standing on one leg, with my eyes closed for 30 seconds on the foam pad.

It helps me a lot to focus on tightening my core muscles while doing balance exercises. I’m a 74 year old Zumba Gold teacher and I incorporate balance in my classes. I will use your suggestions in my classes. Thank you!

I recently bought a balance board as I find myself losing my balance more easily - 71 years old. I can use these exercises and then try with the balance board. Thank you so much and thank you for keeping things simple. My memory doesn’t stretch to too many instructions in one go. I’m working on that too, any tips welcome.

Really enjoyed this one. And I'm a 'young' 40 avid tennis player. There definitely is a reason why when hitting a ball in tennis, the technique is to keep your head still! That really messes with my balance!

Brain injury here too from 20 yrs ago. I found a dvd called Egoscue Method on Amazon that does floor exercises for strength of core and improved posture that contains many of the exercises the PT’s include for core and balance improvement. Great video!❤️🙌🎯

I work on ladders a lot and always wondered why the wind making the object I'm working on will move and throw off my balance so much. It makes more sense now.
