To my knowledge, Cleopatra, was a Tolomé, that is the daughter of Alexander the Great; whom was Macedonian, Greek. There was a coin that had been struck, in ancient times, that depicted Queen Cleopatra, as Grecian; even looking like the wife of George Cloony's wife, who is Greek.
Lastly, a better racial depiction, of Queen Cleopatra, was done by Elizabeth Taylor; In the 1962 motion picture Cleopatra, starring, Richard Burton, Rex Harrison, Roddy McDowall and Elizabeth Taylor as Queen Cleopatra.
