Having the citizen to calculate what they owe to the government each year. And if that magic number doesn't match what the think you owe them, you ger in trouble. How about them doing the freaking calculation for you, or better yet, not taking money from citizens at all?

What makes absolutely no sense to me that recently popped up before I started watching much of this video. Recruiters who refuse to work with someone why has a job history that might indicate not staying employed at the same place for an extended period of time, when the position they initially want to push you for is a contract position, a position that by it's nature is considered temporary. Had multiple recruiters recently tell me this is a concern and it doesn't make sense. They don't even try to figure out why I might not have stayed at certain employers. For all they know it could be due to a disability.

My rent went up because I don't "do enough." I spend most of my time in my room, yet the house ALWAYS GETS TRASHED. Empty rooms with lights left on, toilets that don't get flushed. Left for a month and came back to just that. Again, I spend most of my time in my room-hell-my BED. I clean it once a month and it STAYS THAT WAY.

How countries are trillions of dollars in debt to themselves. And that the citizentry must make concessions so the deficit doesn't jump from 35.5 trillion to 35.6 trillion, like it matters.

Fiat currency is fiat to begin with and has no intrinsic value nor does anyone keep track of "how much money is printed".

People's hatred of reading signs that are clearly there to give them information. As an introvert I love when there's a sign that prevents me from needing to ask a human how this works.

Also, various concepts that I really feel should be fairly simple. Not like...the full math of how to *do* a thing, but the *concept*. The biggest one for me right now is compound interest. Okay, maybe you never learned how to calculate it or you're not great at saving money, but the very basic concept of "Amount of money. Earns interest. Interest gets added to initial amount. Amount of money is now bigger and thus earns more interest". Maybe you don't get the mechanics of how it works or maybe you think I'm lying about it to try and scam you, but how can you not understand the basic concept of 'more money = higher interest payments'? The number of people who couldn't understand why the $70 a month they're paying on their credit card isn't actually paying it off is frightening. Another big one is companies treating their employees like idiots and then pulling the surprised pikachu face when those employees leave. Like...did you really think we're too stupid to understand that the company profits are up but our wages aren't? Do you... *want* employees who are that stupid working for you?

Game Pass versions of games being incomplete. Why would I pay for 'extra' content for a game I do not own? Worst offender being TES IV: Oblivion. Morrowind and Skyrim come with the DLCs but Oblivion for some reason does not. In 2024. They have raised the price of the service several times over the years but have done nothing to make the games you're getting from it 'complete'. It's a nickel-and-dime scam.
