Scaling from SMB into Enterprise Saas using PLG

When I was building the GTM motion for b2b Saas, I ran into the issue of not really understanding the issues the larger customers had

So I had to redo the Ideal Customer Profile for each of our customer segments and then do the same thing for each buyer persona

Its just making better ads or dialing the phone more, you have to understand at the most deepest level who you're selling to or they aren't going to buy
