The fake rice of course was the craziest food mentioned in this video, it's plastic not food.
These people should be incarcerated.

You missed fake olive oil. Put your olive oil in the fridge (not the freezer) if it does not solidify at around 4C it is not olive oil.

So I gave up animal products for my health. Only to find out I drink them twice a day and now eat plastic bags frequently. 😲😲

We all need to become farmers to get fresh food.

This is really sad because what product/brand/etc would you trust nowadays? when the Doc tells you to eat more certain foods to gain certain vitamins & such but how would you trust them when even our fruits & vegies have Chems added to it . Sick and tired of how the world changed for years now..

I'm from Alaska and I'm so glad most of the food my family eats is from the land and our beautiful Kuskokwim river.

As a trained biologist, I can promise that apple concentrate is still real apple juice. If you boil water out of apple juice, then rehydrate it, it's still just apple juice. And High fructose corn syrup from a biological standpoint is just sugar, simply in a more concentrated form. Your body treats it just like any other sugar, whether from corn, cane, or beets, it doesn't matter. It's still C6-H12-O6. corn syrup is just cheap, so companies can add MORE OF IT to things. THAT is the only problem with corn syrup. Though I have zero respect for companies that label things as something they're not.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

I did some fact checking, and you weren't fully honest about the tuna one. Escolar was not found in 100% of the sushi restaurants tested like you claimed. I found the article you were referencing on Wikipedia and it clearly says that in the 2009 study they only tested restaurants in 2 cities and 5 of 9 of them had mislabeled fish. Another study from 2013 by oceana showed 84% samples of "white tuna" were actually escolar. Although the point you made is a valid one, you lied when you exaggerated unnecessarily, and I am just holding you accountable. And just in case you think "Wikipedia is not a reliable source" I checked out the two studies from the link on Wikipedia to the primary source and verified the information.

Funny thing about shrimp is there's a lot of ways to make it. Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.

Couldn't anyone with taste buds tell the difference between plastic and rice? I mean plastic shaped like rice would be pretty hard to chew

I've had rice all my life, I haven't died 0-0

1. Buy live lobster and prepare yourself.
2. Purchase whole bean coffee and grind yourself.
3. Avoid fruit juice entirely unless you process it yourself from real fruit.
4. Brew your own tea leaves or just avoid tea entirely.
5. Grow your own herbs and spices if possible.
6. Buy honey from local producers with bees if possible.
7. Don’t buy the cheapest rice.
8. Do your own research, I got to go back to work.

Btw, in the thumbnail, they were comparing old rice to new rice.
New rice is always harvested small, while if rice is old before it's cooked, it's larger.
That's why in stores on rice bags that they really want to sell it says "old rice" because it has a high demand.

That was probably the only useful comment I ever typed
