What Indian Sweet Is This?

What's your favourite Indian sweet? Have you ever tried the special Hansi ka Peda (हांसी का पेड़ा)?

Hansi ke pede is not super sweet like most Indian desserts. Instead, it relies on high-quality milk from Haryana, India. The milk is then boiled and stirred continuously until the liquid evaporates.

It comes out super soft and moist and tastes like thick creamy milk with a hint of cardamom.

Hansi ka peda is a very simple and pure sweet, and it does not give you a sugar rush. It's my favourite sweet in India, what's yours?

My other fav. Indian sweet is Imarti (similar to Jalebi, but better!). Also, jalebi in warm milk. What's yours?

This is my fav Karl. I used to pick this on my way home. When they are fresh, its difficult to pick up a whole piece, that's how soft they are.

“Thick creamy milk” no need to say more Karl, I’m in.

Edit: You guys are taking this into a dirty perspective. Cant a guy just enjoy and thick creamy milk treat without people thinking dirty stuff?

Hi Karl
Missed meeting you at Hansi.
If I was aware you coming here at Hansi I may have spend a day talking about your journey from years. Watching your videos from years now. Awesome work. Have a nice day.

They are good there is a Indian grocery store about an hour away and I loved everything I tried. I hope they are still turning out Indian food since the Pandemic. I haven’t been there in quite awhile.
