ANA positive - does that mean I have Lupus?

Many people have an Anti-Nuclear Antibody (ANA) test run by their medical doctor when there is a concern for autoimmunity. Commonly, if the result comes back positive, the doctor communicates to the patient that they have lupus.

Is this what the test result really means? Should you go on a medication for lupus? This 10 minutes could save you a lot of unnecessary angst and medication.

Hi, I have a positive ANA test and 1:80 for titter. And for pattern it says nuclear, dense fine speckled. What could this mean and does that associate with lupus?

Could you please answer my question?
Can ANA test (IFA, 1/80, IgG) show a response of the body to a metal implant (titanium screws on the jaw)?
Is an autoimmune/autoinflammatory response can be induced by metal adjuvants and may they cause a positive ANA test result?
Or, could we say a negative ANA test means there is no response of the body to the metal (titanium) implants?
