This exercise is extremely underrated. It's great to be doing if you're looking to work on upper chest development, triceps, & shoulders while also incorporating the core for balance and stabilization. However, out of those that do this exercise, far too many people perform the Landmine press incorrectly. In this video, we go over a few common mistakes and talk about how to fix them. I do this kneeling, but I use a viking type slide over bar attachment. That way I am pressing the bar up holding 2 padded handles apart.
I do not like letting bar down near my chest .The thought of somehow dropping that bar down in contact with my chest scares me .So I do it slightly away from my chest .Still seems to have a good pump with a fairly heavy weight, but if I drop it, it won't hit me .lol

ive tried this one quite a few times before but my hands start sweating so much during workouts that the bar almost slips out of my hands the entire time because the landmine has no nerling..
