Its been 3 months since I started finasteride and I’ve noticed a SIGNIFICANT decrease in my hair loss. I have long shoulder length hair and anytime I took a shower there would be at least 300 hairs that fell out after each shower and anytime I would run my hands through my hair during the shower I would notice them coming out in clumps. 3 months later however I noticed my temples have gotten more darker and Im seeing new baby hairs around my hairline. They are still thin but I can definitely see an improvement compare to how bare they looked before I took finasteride. And now everytime I take a shower there is probably only around less than 100 hairs that fall out! And they no longer come out in clumps when I run my hand through them. I think only 1 or 2 comes out max. Really excited about this progress! Thank you for all your helpful information Alex!

I have thinning hair in my temple area & have itchy scalp with lot of acne and dandruff which is not going with any shampoo, my age - 22, I don't want to take finasteride or Minoxidil, is it possible that I can make my hair thick & not get bald? I got a question i take Dutasteride for about 2 months and i still shed a bit and i dont know if this is good

And some hairs have a little bulb on the end, does this mean iam.on a bad shedding?

My scalp feel normal so i dont think i have scalp inflamation.

İt's around 40 hair don't know what causes my hair loss not scalp issues for sure and probably not DHT too im on dut ı'm doing fitness my diet is very well taking supplements like biotin treatments dut minox in the past ı tried prp that didn't work too i'm tired in that situation i guess time to give up

15-20? If I do that it's 0 every time. A comb through my hair in the morning will be 0-2. If it's 5 I'd consider that concerning and modify the routine.
