I've tried numerous things. The single things that actually worked in my case: A good diet, proper sleeping timings, moving your body at least for 25 minutes, eating right, using good shampoo and oil. I use only liitlexteral cocooionn shampoo plus hair oil for this purpose and it does the work. My hair fall got controlled with it.

Honestly gentleman, I cannot thank you enough. This video is so informative. I'm just so glad I stumbled upon your channel. For decades I have been suffering with hair "loss", and was always frightened of going bald. Today I realised it was just normal shedding (hence why I still have a full scalp) 😄☝🏻 I am no longer worried to wash my hair or buy a wig. Thank you 😊 💓 💙

I had alopecia totalis in 2017. Lost everything. Over the next year it grew back to about 97% of original thickness. In 2022 I had a spell of extreme shedding. I went on Nutrifol and it stopped. Just two days ago I suddenly noticed several hairs(maybe 5-6) pulling out every time I run my fingers through my hair. Is this shedding or am I getting alopecia again?

Glad to see someone explaining it nice and simple...there's a lot of information out there, so it can get quite confusing!

I’m a 62 year old woman that uses minoxidil 5mg daily and take Finasteride.
Sever stress experienced 3 to 4 months priory to the hair loss is still a guaranteed result. I’m currently losing my hair at a pretty accelerated rate from trauma back in January. Two weeks ago I had more trauma even worse so I anticipate being bald for my daughters wedding in August. I wish I could control what happens to my body when stress is involved.

Could you plllease make a video about hair care. How often should we wash our hair, wet our hair, good and bad shampoo and hair products to help slow down hair loss. Thank you

I'm 30 and I noticed the hair in my scalp was getting thinner and my scalp was becoming more visible. I started doing scalp massages for 3 weeks and started spraying rosemary water for 2 weeks and my hair looks like it's getting better than it was before I noticed. Not sure if my hair loss is due to genetics or stress. My dad is in his 56 and he hasn't balded yet.

I am experiencing losing my hair. It's much more this time but I did have it happen before too and it stopped for some reason. so I'm assuming it's another cycle. but now I notice thinning parts where I can easily see my scalp in the my head

I went to cosmetology school a few years ago and I completely forgot about the shedding cycle. I feel like my hair sheds to easily but I never look like I have thin hair nor have bald spots. I also forgot how the seasons affect this like spring and fall I feel so much better

Yup, that's what I'm finding each morning, 30-50 hairs in the bathroom daily. I've got a small vacuum dedicated for it. Shafts are narrower now. Blow drying my hair makes it appear voluminous. Blessed at 59 yrs old

i’ve been struggling with hair loss for over a year. i never really noticed how much it could affect me. i only knew it was happening bit never why. i tried doing research on why it’s falling out but i there’s so many symptoms that relate to many many different things. i tried the whole “if i shower less then maybe less hair will fall out” and i don’t really know if it’s making a difference. my hair used to grow pretty long up to my chin but i got a hair cut in around june and it left my hair really short and now my hair doesn’t grow as long as it used to. it only has gotten to the bottom of my nose. i grew extreme insecurity because of it and it affected my health really bad. i’m having the thought maybe it’s alopecia or maybe it’s vitamin deficiency but i have no clue what it could be. have dandruff as well but i don’t think that could tie in to anything with hair loss or hair shedding.

I have an autoimmune disorder. I was in remission for about 8 years, experienced minor flare ups but never dealt with hair loss or anything. I had a flare up and my hair began shedding like crazy, not falling out in clumps, but if I lightly tug on my hairs, a bunch come out and you can see the white follicle. I saw one dermatomyositis who said it was "just telogen effluvium" however my other doctor feels that it is induced by my autoimmune disorder even though this hasn't happened before. I am now on a immunosuppressant, I have only been on it for a year. The downside is that possible hair loss is a common side effect however my doctor said in theory if my disease is causing inflammation and hair loss, then the medication should combat it and my hair will grow back. The medication takes 6 months to work. I am really sad because I used to have long thick hair but now I have lost so much volume. My self esteem has been super low and the stress isn't helping. Has anyone else experience autoimmune disease related hair loss or excessive shedding? Does rosemary oil help and has anyone used a dermapen?

Thank you so much for this information. After finishing this video…I’m experiencing hair loss due to age. It’s the rate of loss that is concerning and saddens me.
