Impressive stuff! I wish they had put as much care into winding the two rolls of filament I bought of theirs, it was wound in what can only be described as a rats nest which tangled and locked up constantly, I ended up making a winding spool with a clutch bearing mechanism so that it only winds one way and rewinding the two rolls very slowly and guiding the filament by hand to get a perfect winding.

Are the Creator Max 2 and the Creator Pro 2 the same machine with a different name? I can't seem to find the creator max even on the Flashforge website so I'm wondering if it's a different name for different countries as I cant find it for sale in the UK. To further confuse things, I've seen articles saying the max is the successor to the pro 2 and other articles saying the max is the predecessor pro 2 so now I'm lost. If anyone can clear this up that would be great, thanks.

I always loved the adventurer 3 - except for its build plate, which moves around easily on my model, when the nozzle hits a slightly warped part... :(
How ever if i am lucky and have 0 warping, then it produces the most beautiful prints of all my printers.

If this one prints as well as the adventurer 3 then its almost a must have. Some high res pictures on the 3dpprofessor page would be cool.

So I just bought this printer, got it all set up, printed the boats just to try it out, now im trying to print the moai. It's acting as if it's printing, but no filament is coming out. Isn't it a bit early on for the extruders to be clogged?

Would anyone know how to fix 3d printer boogers, mines making a complex build and it’s just got all these small boogers all over it. I have upped the temp, turned up the retraction and also turned on z hop but the issue has not been solved?

I printed a shim to help with the issue of the removable build plate, but I am still unable to get my bed completely level. I have driven myself mad trying to fix it but every time I adjust one side something goes wrong in another!! I am at my wits end and have given up for the time being and am just prying off my prints on the sides where the nozzle is hitting the build plate during printing. Any ideas on anything I could do?

Great video. I've always admired the Flashforge and still would love to have an FDM that's not a bed slinger. They're stepping up their game with IDEX. Voice overs and duct tape!? Is there anything you can't do, Joe?

hey might be an obvious question but would increasing the print temperature only take changing the hotend or would it take alot more than that? trying to decide between this and the qidi tech X-Plus.
