I have point here:
To consider the D input goes to vdd when the button is pressed, we have to assume resistor is large enough to provide that much of drop or current must be sufficiently large. V=IR

Just a follow up concept: These flip flops dont sample at exactly vdd/2. I know a research industry logic designer who goes as far as to add his whole clock rise time to his uncertainty.

Sometimes in research you only have 1 shot to make a chip, and his job depends on it working.
