i mean i started to draw digitally on my iphone 4 at the time using my finger. worked out fine 🕺it takes some getting used to the precision of your finger on the screen but it'll feel natural eventually.

yeah !! pressure sensitivity isnt a big deal in my book. i have a stylus but it doesnt process pressure so it doesnt have pressure sensitivity and you’re still creating art regardless of if you do or dont have that. it also doesnt matter what device youre on ❤

As someone who’s been in digital art for the past 4 years, I started learning digital using an iPhone 6s. I was broke af and couldn’t afford an iPhone at the time, and the only app that it could handle was Ibis Paint X. but it taught me digital art from the bottom of the barrel up. And I learned how to put together some pretty decent digital art pieces, and now today I use an IPad Pro. Do I recommend using a phone to start digital art? No. But if I was able to put decent art pieces together on a small phone, then with todays phones, you should have no problem. If it weren’t for my iPhone 6s, I wouldn’t be the artist I am today.

I draw with my finger on phone, it works great! I've used my phone for digital drawings for like 5 years.. so I guess I've gotten used to it 😅
