I just read a little bit on it it's converting analog to digital.
In other words it's a converting process.

Where do u put the splitter ? In the laptop your using or does it have to go in the capture card in the circular port

i have just got the same card, and when i use it with my Playstation 3 it seems to be less then 30 fps, it just looks weird. how would i go about fixing this?
