DIGITNOW USB Video Capture Card - Is it Any Good?

The DIGITNOW USB 3.0 Video Capture Card can capture footage up to 180p at 60 frames per second.

Despite being marketed as a game capture device, I would not recommend it for this as it lacks an HDMI out port.

How does it keep up with more established video capture brands such as Elgato and Magewell?

Can a video capture be used to record a video from one device to another?
Such as playing a you tube video on a PC connected to another PC?
Or how would you go about that?

As a video capture device its ok, not the best but ok. They shouldn't marketed it as a game capture device. Plus I think its a tad bit expensive.
Btw it might not be the case of copying Magewell's design. It could be just a generic enclosure.
