I can't select the folder where my series are... when i selet the diretory (in my case /home/USERNAME/sambashare/ it prompts me to make sure the directory exist and jellyfin has access to it...

The instructions didn't work for me. Once I got to the command (curl -fsSL) terminal responded with E: type '"Deb's is not known on line 1 in source. I had copied and pasted along the commands on zacstech page. Now I can't use terminal because whatever I type I keep getting the same type "' deb' is not known on line 1 in source.

when i give sudo apt update then end of the line i got this msg ( N: ignoring file ' jellyfinlist' etc/apt/sources.list.d/' as it has no filename extension

I currently have plex, but it is now giving a green tint on local content. Does jellyfin do this? Also, playing the local content directly from the drive using another player, it is fine.

Cool so you have to write a fckn book to install something. i'm going back to windows. can someone even begin to explain the practicality of this?
